How to book an appointment online
If you’re a West View Surgery patient and you wish to book an appointment, please complete our online triage form.
Our reception team are happy to complete for patients who have no internet access, please call 0117 9376835 to speak to our reception team.
How to change an appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, you can change it by calling the surgery.
