Live Well

Live well B&NES Bath & North East Somerset's community website provides information, support and signposting for families, children and young people with additional needs and adults needing care or support.

Available 24/7 (online) Live Well B&NES supports:

  • Adults needing care and support to live independently
  • Carers looking for support for themselves and their loved ones
  • Parent Carers of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Young People with additional needs
  • Young People looking for universal information to promote their mental health, opportunities and engagement
  • Parents, children and families, including parenting support and those searching for Ofsted registered childcare within B&NES

Live Well B&NES signposts to a range of services that offer support to our local communities, those provided by charities and voluntary groups, local community enterprises and businesses, as well as services provided by B&NES Council and NHS services.
